Wing Yu, CTO

Wing Yu is the founder and CEO of PRConnect, a leading provider of press release distribution fulfillment services.   Formerly CEO of FinancialContent, he also operates Nemomedia, an incubator of beauty and social media businesses.  He was an educator and school district technology coordinator specializing in instructional technology.

Sarah Wilson, COO

Sarah Wilson is a native New Englander that recently moved to the Bay
Area with her husband. Her childhood in Vermont fueled her passion for local, organic food and an outdoor lifestyle. In her spare time, she is an avid cyclist, and is currently enjoying exploring the local Bay Area hiking trails with her dog, Tui, a 2-year-old Wheaten Terrier/Poodle mix who also spends his days in the FitNFabs office with her. At FitNFabs, Sarah wears quite a few different hats, and assists with everything from event management to website layout and social media posts.

Eva Barrows, Editor-in-Chief

As Editor-in-Chief of FitNFabs Magazine, Eva Barrows brings articles with actionable ideas for leading an inspired life to readers. Eva has a BA in Creative Writing from SFSU and is a San Francisco Bay Area freelance writer. She writes about local places, people, and events on her website http://www.evabarrows.com. Her articles have appeared on the Kampgrounds of America (KOA) blog and Midpen Media Center’s website and monthly newsletter. Eva founded Imitation Fruit Literary Journal (www.imitationfruit.com) in 2007 to foster an uplifting online literary experience.

Raelynn Rodriguez, Digital Marketing Director

Raelynn has worked in a variety of industries, including audit, healthcare, and health and wellness.  Using her experience, she helps keep things run smoothly behind the scenes for the team at FitNFabs.

Negar Ajayebi, Broadcast & Communications Intern

Negar is a journalist who is enthusiastic to learn about everything in the media industry. She has a Masters in Media Management, and her specialties are radio, podcasts and online marketing strategies for social media.

Ali Lee, Editorial Intern

Ali recently graduated from San Francisco State University with a BA in Journalism. Her interests in both writing and fitness have led her to being the editorial intern for FitNFabs. When she isn’t writing, she enjoys going on hikes, spending time with friends & family and finding healthy food spots around the Bay Area. 

Tui, Office Mascot

Tui is a two-year-old Wheaten Terrier/Poodle mix that loves hanging out in the FitNFabs office. When he’s not at work, his favorite thing is just being outside, whether it be hiking, camping, or zipping around on the beach. If you have a tennis ball, you’ll be his favorite person, since he loves playing fetch!
