CROCK-POT RECIPE WITH ONLY 5 INGREDIENTS
-Chicken breast (I used a 3 pound bag)
-Season All (or your favorite seasoning salt)
-Medium onion
-Handful of fresh garlic
-Small bottle of barbecue sauce

 

DIRECTIONS:
Lightly season the chicken, dice the onion and garlic. Add seasoned chicken to the crockpot, layer the onions and garlic on top. Pour the entire bottle of barbecue sauce on top of the chicken, onions and garlic. Cover, and cook on low heat for 5-7 hours depending on the setting of your crockpot. Enjoy your shredded barbecue chicken over a salad, in a wrap or by itself alongside some healthy vegetables!
